Our work spans analytics engineering, business intelligence, low‑tech tool building, and applied data science. To influence and lead projects across those domains, we often work across a suite of tools (DBT, Fivetran, Sigma, Hex) and programming languages (most notably SQL and Python). If you’re excited to apply data‑focused principles, tools, and practices to drive business impact then this role is likely a great fit!Responsibilities IncludeGathering cross-functional requirements (for tools, dashboards, data science products, and more)Ensuring data quality/integrity through the application of analytics engineering best practicesBuilding reliable, efficient, and accurate dashboards to inform operational decision-makingBuilding code-driven tools to improve existing processes across partnering operations teamsAnalyzing and evaluating the business impact of tests & experimentsDesign and deploy LLM-driven analytical tools to rapidly extract actionable insights from unstructured operational data, helping Veho maintain its edge as a next-generation logistics network.Integrate AI capabilities and intelligent automation into our data pipelines and BI workflows (using Python and tools like Hex), accelerating how we build and deliver data products to our Operations teams.What You BringComfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments (we are a start-up!)Comfortable with written and oral communication in EnglishVery strong SQL and dashboarding skillsExperience with analytical relational databases such as Redshift, BigQuery,
