Hostaway is hiring a Sales Operations Administrative who will own and optimize inbound lead and demo distribution so SDRs and AEs receive equitable, SLA-compliant opportunities. You will administer Salesforce and Chili Piper routing and build reporting to help leaders allocate capacity and increase conversion.
This fully remote role requires LATAM collaboration; you will partner with Sales leadership on capacity planning and define routing policies to keep GTM operations data-driven and efficient.
