Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a High Ticket Appointment Setter. The primary responsibilities include setting high-value appointments with prospective clients, scheduling appointments efficiently while managing a calendar, and qualifying leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline.



Direct communication with potential clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional customer care will also be an essential part of the role. The position requires close collaboration with the sales and coaching teams to ensure a seamless experience for potential and existing clients.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, and managing client calendars
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and identifying potential clients
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and professional verbal and written abilities
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide responsive, courteous, and personalized interactions
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience with high-ticket sales or coaching programs is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms is an advantage
