To support our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly driven, full-desk Recruitment Consultant based in Colombia to join our remote team.

The Role This is a true 360-degree recruitment role. You will not only be responsible for sourcing top-tier tech and corporate professionals but also for driving business development, acquiring new clients, and managing key accounts within the North American market. We equip our team with a cutting-edge suite of high-tech recruitment tools, AI-driven platforms, and advanced CRMs to ensure you can map markets, engage stakeholders, and close deals as efficiently as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition (Business Development): Proactively identify and approach prospective clients across the Australian tech and corporate landscapes to win new business.
- Client Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers, take detailed job briefs, and act as a trusted talent advisor.
- Candidate Sourcing & Calling: Headhunt, engage, and screen high-calibre candidates through proactive outreach, utilising our advanced technology stack.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client pitch and candidate interview preparation to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Market Mapping:



Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, talent movements, and competitor activity within your specialized verticals.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: Proven experience in a 360-degree agency recruitment role, ideally within the Technology, IT, or Corporate sectors. You must have a track record of successful business development and client management.
- Tech-Savvy: Highly comfortable adapting to and utilizing a range of modern, high-tech recruitment tools and platforms to drive your desk.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the commercial acumen to confidently present to senior executives and business leaders.
- Autonomy & Drive: Self-motivated and disciplined to operate effectively in a fully remote environment without micro-management.
