Title: Strategic Sourcing Specialist (Hybrid, 2 days Home Office & 3 days at Office)
We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and deliver financial and operational value while partnering closely with local and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to support operational and strategic business needs.
- Drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives across procurement activities.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure effective contract implementation.
- Track procurement KPIs, savings, and sourcing project results.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing,
or Category Management.
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, packaging, engineering, or similar environments.
- Fluent English (mandatory) with the ability to interact with international stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing sourcing projects, supplier negotiations, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Knowledge of procurement KPIs, contract management, and supplier performance management.
