The primary function is to ensure accurate and efficient execution of strategic directives within outsourced (BPO) teams.ResponsibilitiesBPO Partner Operations SupportAssist in preliminary BPO vendor screening, background checks, and onboarding tracking strictly according to internal manager instructionsDraft documentation, coordinate legal reviews, and manage archiving within pre-approved contract and SLA frameworksMonitor BPO compliance execution daily/weekly and elevate risk, disputes, or anomaliesExecute dispute resolution protocols only when explicitly authorizedGlobal Sales Strategy Implementation & Team Development SupportTranslate predefined regional Go-To-Market (GTM)
