About The RoleIn this role, you will join SoftServe's growing Delivery Unit as a Project Manager, supporting both presales initiatives and the successful delivery of software development projects. Working in an Agile environment, you will help cross-functional teams and stakeholders align on priorities, scope, timelines, and business goals while driving predictable delivery and long-term client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesManage existing projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectationsParticipate in multiple presales activities, supporting estimations, planning, proposals, and client discussionsDefine and manage project scope, deliverables, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectationsCoordinate work across cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, business, and client-side stakeholdersApply Agile project management practices to support transparent planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvementFacilitate project ceremonies, status meetings, planning sessions, demos, and retrospectivesTrack project progress, identify blockers, and proactively drive resolutionPrepare and maintain project documentation, reports, plans, and delivery artifactsBuild strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and trustSupport team performance, collaboration,



and delivery predictabilityRequirements5+ years of experience managing software development or IT service delivery projectsStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and project management best practicesProven experience managing client-facing projects and distributed engineering teamsPractical experience with scope, schedule, risk, quality, and integration managementExperience tracking project metrics, delivery KPIs, and project health to support informed decision-makingExposure to fixed-price delivery models, business development activities, or vendor transition initiativesStrong coaching, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsComfortable working proficiency in English for collaborating with international clients and distributed teamsProficiency in supporting presales activities, including estimations, planning, and proposal development (as an advantage)Experience reviewing technical specifications, architecture documentation, or supporting engineering onboarding activities (as an advantage)SoftServe is an equal opportunity employer.
