WSP is seeking a WindServer System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of WindServer environments supporting business-critical applications and infrastructure. This role includes managing system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting upgrades and integrations, and ensuring the reliability, security, and availability of the platform.The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in system administration, enterprise application support, or IT infrastructure management. Due to the general nature of the projects and stakeholders, advanced English and French language proficiency is required.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, maintain, and support WindServer environments and associated infrastructure.Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and security to ensure optimal operation.Perform system installations, configurations, upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and integration issues in a timely manner.Support user account management, access control, and security administration.Coordinate system backups, recovery procedures, and business continuity activities.Manage system documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures.Collaborate with internal IT teams, software vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve technical issues.Support system migrations, upgrades, and implementation of new functionalities.Monitor system logs and perform proactive maintenance to minimize downtime.Participate in testing activities, including system validation and post-upgrade verification.Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, cybersecurity requirements,



and industry best practices.Provide technical support and guidance to end users and project teams.Assist in project planning, technical assessments, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.Communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders in both English and French.Qualifications and ExperienceEducationBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.Professional certifications related to system administration, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or enterprise platforms are considered an asset.Additional training in server administration, database management, networking, or enterprise applications is preferred.Experience3 to 5 years of professional experience in system administration, application support, or IT infrastructure management.Experience managing enterprise applications, servers, and system environments.Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and supporting production environments.Experience working with databases, operating systems, network infrastructure, and system integrations.Experience supporting business-critical systems in a corporate environment is highly desirable.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of system administration principles and best practices.Experience managing Windows Server environments and enterprise applications.Knowledge of system monitoring,
