We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for construction projects. The adecuado candidate has strong analytical skills, can interpret plans and specifications, and works efficiently to meet deadlines while ensuring pricing accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesReview construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.Prepare accurate cost estimates, material takeoffs, and labor calculations.Request and compare vendor and subcontractor pricing.Prepare and submit project bids and proposals.Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and project risks.Maintain estimate records and update pricing databases.Collaborate with project managers and other team members throughout the bidding process.QualificationsExperience as an Estimator in the construction industry.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials,
