We are looking for a Bilingual Pharmaceutical Chemist who is passionate about quality, regulatory affairs, and continuous improvement to join our growing international team.

What Youll Do
As part of our Pharmacy Operations team, you will
Support pharmacy accreditation projects under ACHC and URAC standards.
Develop, review, and maintain quality policies, procedures, and regulatory documentation.
Coordinate accreditation activities from preparation through successful certification.
Monitor compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Track accreditation requirements, corrective actions, and compliance deadlines.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation to support quality management systems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
English level B2 or higher written and spoken.
Experience in Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs or Compliance or Audits, or Accreditation processes.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
Experience in quality management, regulatory affairs, compliance, or accreditation processes within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience with ACHC or URAC standards is considered an advantage but is not required, as training will be provided.

100 Onsite Bogotá
Monday to Thursday 800 a.m. 530 p.m.
Friday 800 a.m. 230 p.m.
