We're Hiring | Placement Manager (Barranquilla preferred | Bogotá, Colombia)

Lean Solutions Group is looking for a Placement Manager to lead the end-to-end placement process while delivering an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates.

This role goes beyond traditional recruiting. You'll oversee the placement lifecycle, partner directly with clients, manage hiring pipelines, analyze performance metrics, and lead a team of Placement Coordinators to achieve placement goals and service levels.

What you'll do:

- Manage the full placement lifecycle, from requisition intake to candidate start date.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent.
- Interview, assess, and present qualified candidates.
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, dashboards, and pipeline performance.
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Placement Coordinators.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Sales,



and other internal stakeholders to ensure successful placements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and the overall client and candidate experience.

What we're looking for:

- 2+ years of experience Recruiting, Placement, Operations, or Staffing.
- Experience in a Client Facing role is a Must.
- Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, and high-volume environments.
- Leadership experience coaching or managing teams.
- Strong client management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience using ATS, CRM, or recruiting technologies.
- Advanced English proficiency.
