Key Responsibilities Oversee client and talent operations across multiple accounts Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders Manage talent onboarding, deployment, and ongoing support processes Ensure strong alignment between client expectations and talent performance Build and improve operational systems, workflows, and service standards Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns Partner with recruiting, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful placements Track operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Resolve escalations and implement solutions to support client and talent success Drive consistency, accountability,
