Location: Bogota, Colombia
Position Summary
The EIFC LNO shall serve as the primary POC for the Government country team in coordination with USSOUTHCOM aviation programs. The EIFC LNO shall manage the coordination and analysis of intelligence data provided to the EIFC from All-Source collection systems. The EIFC LNO shall process, exploit, and disseminate the data to Government stakeholders to accomplish ongoing operations provided under this TO. The EIFC LNO shall be onsite in the U.S. Embassy in Bogota, Colombia.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate activities and communications among USSOUTHCOM aviation programs, must showcase strong organizational skills. Prepare and deliver verbal communications, such as press conferences, interviews, phone calls and face-to-face meetings, and written communications, including press releases,
reports, and social media updates, to colleagues, collaborators, the public and other stakeholders.
- Must be self-motivated and a strong leader capable of promptly and effectively monitoring, coordinating, and communicating strategic objectives. Shall serve as a mediator, a negotiator with others, develop and foster relationships, shall get people to understand others' points of view, and understand their parent business and how it impacts its stakeholders.
- Demonstrates superior writing and presentation skills to develop briefings, documents, papers, and conceptual and analytical reports for Government stakeholders and USSOUTHCOM aviation programs.
- Maintains and complies with security procedures in the performance of duties. May provide direction, training, and assistance to other project staff as a senior expert in a particular field of endeavor.
