We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a technology company that's transforming the moving, storage, and last-mile delivery industry. In this role, you'll help build scalable products that power real-world logistics, collaborating with a team that values ownership, pragmatic problem-solving, and clean engineering practices. We're looking for a backend-leaning engineer who thrives in Node.js, enjoys designing APIs and data models, and is comfortable jumping into React, Angular, or React Native whenever the product requires it.
Key Responsibilities
Translate architectural and business requirements into actionable technical tasks, owning feature delivery end-to-end through to production deployment.
Build resilient, well-tested core services in Node.js, with deep ownership over the APIs and workflows that power supply, scheduling, and fulfillment.
Architect MongoDB schemas for complex workflows and continuously optimize performance through indexing, aggregation pipelines, and tuning at scale.
Build and maintain integrations with third-party services including payments,
mapping/routing, SMS/notifications, and CRM platforms.
Contribute to frontend features in React, React Native, and Angular when work requires full-stack ownership.
Participate in technical design reviews, help set backend architecture standards, and leverage AI-assisted development tools throughout the engineering lifecycle.
Core Requirements
7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with the majority spent on backend systems using Node.js in production.
Experience designing and versioning REST or GraphQL APIs consumed by multiple clients.
Solid MongoDB experience: schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning at scale.
Proficiency with frontend development using Angular, React, and React Native.
Working knowledge of GCP (Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, or similar) sufficient to understand deployments and debug production issues.
