The Role: Campaign Coordinator

As a Campaign Coordinator, you'll be the driver of campaign delivery excellence. You'll work at the intersection of clients and internal multi-channel team — ensuring campaigns are planned, organized, and executed seamlessly.

You'll be working with a pod of multi-channel Strategists, Media Buyers, Creatives,



and Copywriters, while also engaging directly with clients. If you're highly organized, detail-obsessed, and thrive when everyone's aligned and moving forward — this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

Your roles and responsibilities are broken down into, but are not limited to:

Facilitate team huddles.
Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery — from brief to launch — ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Act as the primary information hub — capturing client requests, joining calls, cascading updates, and ensuring follow-through until completion
Manage campaign calendars, approvals, and workflows across multiple channels
Proactively identify roadblocks and solve them before they become bottlenecks
Participate in department meetings, workshops, and 1:1 coaching sessions
Continuously look for ways to raise the bar for campaign delivery
