The Role:
We’re seeking a Bilingual Outbound Caller (Portuguese & English) to join our client's team. This role is designed for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, engaging with people, and achieving performance goals through outbound calling.
You’ll play a key role in reactivating inactive delivery drivers, encouraging them to return to the platform, and delivering an outstanding customer experience while consistently meeting daily outreach and conversion targets.

Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.




Language: Advanced English and Portuguese (B2+ - C1).
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Time-zone: PST/PDT
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
Monthly Salary: COP 5.000.000

Requirements:
Education: High school diploma required; technical or professional studies are a plus.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, telesales, customer engagement, or a related role. Experience in the gig economy, ridesharing, or delivery services is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, customer-focused approach, familiarity with CRM systems, ability to manage high call volumes, and strong organizational skills.
Characteristics: Results-driven, persuasive, proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
