As Senior Accountant, you will execute the full finance function and report directly to the CEO. This is a hands-on execution role.

Financial Management & Reporting

Perform all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across U.S. and Latin American operations.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP (and local GAAP/IFRS where applicable).
Develop and maintain financial models that support revenue planning, margin analysis, and cash flow management for a services-based business.

Multi-Country Compliance & Tax

Manage tax planning, filings, and compliance across multiple Latin American jurisdictions — including transfer pricing, withholding taxes, VAT/IVA, and local invoicing requirements.
Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations for billing, revenue recognition, and intercompany transactions across Latin America and the Caribbean.
Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel in each operating country.

Treasury, Cash Management & Banking





Oversee cash flow planning, foreign currency exposure, and banking relationships across the region.
Manage accounts receivable and collections for clients operating on varied payment cycles and currencies.
Implement controls to mitigate DFX5 risk and optimize working capital.

Operational Finance & Systems

Build and refine financial processes, internal controls, and ERP/accounting systems to support a scaling organization.
Own vendor and contractor payment operations, ensuring timely and compliant disbursements across borders.
Partner with Sales and Delivery leadership to structure deal economics, pricing models, and client contracts with sound financial discipline.

Required

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred.
