Role Description: Execute payroll accounting and reconciliation activities, complying with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), group internal control processes, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) standards, with the objective of delivering high-quality economic and financial information related to payroll processes for the operating companies serviced.





Responsibilities:
Perform payroll accounting closures, recording all required reclassifications and adjustments to deliver accurate and timely financial information related to payroll accounts to the business and other clients.
Resolve closing and other identified and/or communicated accounting inconsistencies through monitoring, intervening, and escalating issues according to group policies, ensuring all conflicts are resolved timely to maintain accounting quality.
Perform reconciliations and clear open and overdue line items for all assigned general ledger accounts, following up both internally and externally to ensure all open items are controlled within established deadlines.
Identify and propose improvement opportunities in the payroll accounting process to contribute value to the business and simplify activities.
Keep process documentation up to date, such as Working Instructions, Flowcharts, Tech
