Job Description
AECOM Enterprise Capabilities is seeking a Structural Engineer with demonstrated expertise in the structural design of buildings, with a strong emphasis on data center facilities or mission-critical infrastructure, to join its Bogotá, Colombia office.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Participate in the structural design of building in infrastructure projects, including data centers, through the development of mathematical models, required calculations, and the preparation of calculation reports and technical descriptions.
Perform structural design for concrete and steel systems typically used in data centers, considering high load demands, vibration criteria, redundancy, and constructability requirements.
Ensures that project technical goals/milestones/ budgets are met
Works independently with latitude to determine work priorities and receives guidance on overall project objectives
Performs technical quality reviews including documentation in project record in accordance wi
