About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager (B2B) to lead and scale the company’s marketing strategy across paid media, organic growth, outbound marketing, and brand initiatives.
This is a high-impact leadership role that combines strategic planning with hands-on execution. You’ll own the entire B2B marketing funnel—from demand generation and lead nurturing to brand positioning and performance optimization—while working closely with leadership and sales to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

What You’ll OwnMarketing Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Own the marketing funnel from awareness through conversion and customer acquisition.




Partner closely with leadership and sales to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
Build, manage, and mentor internal marketing resources, agencies, or contractors as needed.
Identify scalable opportunities across acquisition, retention, and brand marketing.
Campaign Management & Growth
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
Paid Media
SEO
Email Marketing
Outbound Marketing
Social Media
Partnerships
Content Marketing
Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and efficiency.
Oversee campaign messaging, positioning, and creative direction.
Launch performance-driven campaigns focused on pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
Continuously test new acquisition channels, audiences, creatives, and messaging strategies.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
Track and analyze key marketing metrics, including:
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
