Core Responsibilities

Lead the product definition and establish delivery commitments, interacting with stakeholders and IT teams to generate product agreements, scope, and timelines. Collaborate closely with Product and UX teams to transform business needs into robust technological solutions. Mentor and enhance the professional development of a team of frontend and backend developers. Define the technical strategy of the team, ensuring scalability, quality, and performance of our solutions.

Requirements

Solid experience in software development and leadership of technical teams, with a strong background in Java. Knowledge of observability tools such as DataDog, Kibana, and New Relic, and experience in cloud environments with high concurrency and load. Familiarity with microservices architectures, REST APIs,



and databases. Experience working with agile methodologies in dynamic development environments.
