Brief Job Summary

The Coordinator contributes to the seamless execution of department responsibilities through reporting, documentation, communication, and process support. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, bilingual fluency (English/Spanish), and high proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to create impactful presentations and maintain accurate systems, workflows, and data integrity.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInternal
Resource Allocation & Capacity Management: Actively assist in managing the internal allocation of talent across projects. Monitor and track team utilization rates, maintain capacity planning documentation, and flag overallocation or bottlenecks in team bandwidth.
Systems, Data Integrity & Governance:



Maintain strict standards for Resource Management (RM) and Project Management (PM) governance. This includes being the gatekeeper for time-tracking and scheduling data, performing regular data verification and audits to maintain system integrity, and handling user support and basic administration in Workfront.
Reporting & Analytics Support: Gather, format, and audit resource data in Excel with an absolute focus on accuracy and consistency. Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining Power BI dashboards to provide leadership with clear visibility into resource metrics and utilization trends.
Operational Documentation & Presentations: Create, format, and visually polish PowerPoint decks for internal resource reviews and operational updates. Keep internal reference files, process guides, and team onboarding materials fully updated.
Global Bilingual Coordination: Coordinate directly with integral project managers, consult
