We're looking for an RPA Test Automation Specialist

We're looking for a talented RPA Test Automation Specialist to join our team. The adecuado candidate has hands-on experience using UiPath, preferably UiPath Test Suite, to automate software testing processes. This role is focused on designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing solutions using RPA technologies to improve software quality and accelerate delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Test Automation, Quality Assurance, or RPA Development, with a strong focus on automated software testing.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using UiPath and UiPath Test Suite.
Implement RPA solutions to automate software testing processes and improve QA efficiency.
Execute automated functional, regression, and end-to-end tests.
Collaborate with Development, QA, and Business teams to define testing strategies and acceptance criteria.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and support root cause analysis.
Maintain and optimize automated testing frameworks to ensure scalability and reliability.
Document automation processes, testing scenarios, and best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by promoting automation across the software development lifecycle.
