We're Hiring | Senior Product Leader – Core HCM

Are you passionate about building innovative HR technology solutions that impact a global workforce? We're looking for a Senior Product Leader to drive the strategy and evolution of our Core HCM platform.

Location (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office):
Medellín, Colombia

What you'll do:
Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for our Core HCM platform.
Partner closely with UX, Engineering, and HRIS teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Manage product backlogs, features, and epics using Agile methodologies.
Prioritize initiatives while collaborating with integral stakeholders across multiple time zones.

What we're looking for:
5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within HCM or HR Technology.
Hands-on experience with Core HCM platforms.
Strong Agile experience, including backlog and business requirement management.




Experience working with UX/Design teams.
Familiarity with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HR SaaS solutions.
HR or HRIS background.
Working knowledge of Azure.
Experience in high-volume or BPO environments is a plus.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools.
Advanced English.
Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
