About The Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute directly to revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence by generating leads, pitching our products/services, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
Generate and qualify leads, building a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to prospective customers.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to close deals.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing in line with company guidelines.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with marketing, product,



and operations teams to align business development efforts with company strategy.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered).
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong prospecting and lead-generation abilities across multiple channels (calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals).
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office / Google Workspace
