Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day handling of incoming requests through the central request list and
Client Information Security Support mailbox, ensuring requests are logged, prioritised, tracked,



and responded to within agreed service levels.
Complete client security assessments in line with agreed requirements and timelines, coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather information, address queries, and ensure accurate and timely responses.
Support Senior Manager or Director in client meetings to discuss security requirements providing clear explanations, addressing queries, and supporting alignment between client expectations and internal security controls.
Support client security audits, either remotely or in person as required, providing
Information, responding to queries, and supporting evidence review in line with agreed security controls.
Maintain and update client security documentation and records, ensuring assessment
Responses, audit evidence, and contractual security requirements are accurately captured and readily available.
