Role Summary
As a Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leader, you will lead complex customer delivery engagements and provide advanced technical escalation support for large-scale solutions.
The role requires broad technical expertise across virtualization, containerization, data center infrastructure, Linux, and networking technologies, combined with strong customer-facing consulting, technical leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
You will work closely with customers, Cisco Engineering, product organizations, delivery teams, partners, and senior stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues, validate solution architectures, improve product serviceability, and accelerate customer technology transitions.
You will also play a key role in technical enablement, intellectual capital development, mentoring, innovation, and knowledge sharing across the engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead customer delivery engagements involving complex, large-scale solutions and technology environments.




Provide advanced technical expertise and escalation support for critical customer issues.
Work directly with customers and Cisco stakeholders to plan, design, install, configure, integrate, validate, and optimize Cisco solutions.
Drive customer technology transitions by influencing solution architectures, implementation strategies, and service delivery approaches.
Build customer-specific lab simulations to reproduce, troubleshoot, and validate complex technical problems and compatibility issues.
Analyze complex product and solution behavior across virtualization, containerization, data center, Linux, and network environments.
Collaborate with Cisco Engineering and product organizations to resolve technical issues and improve product usability, reliability, and serviceability.
Identify systemic product issues and drive their resolution with Engineering and other internal organizations.
