The Role – Electrical Business Unit Director (BUD)

The Electrical Business Unit Director will lead a Business Unit (BU) focused on electrical BIM/VDC services for US‑based projects, with a strong emphasis on mission‑critical facilities.




A Business Unit in ENG is a group of approximately 30 team members with its own set of clients, portfolio of projects, P&L;, and growth strategy. This BU will be fully dedicated to the electrical subsystems, engineering vs. construction, delivering BIM/VDC solutions for complex, US‑based projects.
You will:
Oversee the strategy, operations, and profitability of the Electrical BU.
Lead a diverse team of Project Managers, BIM Coordinators, Technical Leaders, Job Captains, BIM Specialists, and Modelers focused on US electrical BIM/VDC projects.
Ensure world‑class delivery to US clients while building a strong career path and growth experience for team members.

This position reports to the Head of Electrical Trade and the C‑suite, and collaborates closely with other BUDs across ENG.
