TenantEvaluation is a US-based PropTech company building AI-driven platforms for property managers, HOAs, and condo associations. We help our clients make smarter, faster decisions through modern tenant screening technology.

We're looking for a Marketing Campaign Lead who combines creative thinking with commercial execution, someone who can build a campaign from concept to results, not just execute tasks. This role owns the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from strategy to creative direction to performance reporting, and plays a direct part in driving pipeline and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
- Design and launch end-to-end marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid ads, landing pages, webinars, and onsite activations
- Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
- Define campaign budgets, track ROI, and report on metrics that matter: leads generated, cost per lead, pipeline influenced, and revenue impact
- Lead creative direction for designers, copywriters, and freelancers
- Write clear,



conversion-oriented copy and brief creative teams
- Test, learn, and optimize campaigns continuously based on performance data
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across different channels and stages
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform campaign strategy

Required Experience
- 5+ years in B2B marketing (SaaS, PropTech, fintech, real estate, or professional services)
- Experience leading full campaigns end to end, not just supporting them
- Strong command of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity) as part of your daily workflow
- Digital marketing experience: LinkedIn, email, landing pages, paid ads, and automations
- Analytical mindset, with decisions driven by data rather than intuition alone
- Fluent in English and Spanish
