Location: Barranquilla, Colombia (On-site) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM (U.S. summer) / 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (U.S. winter) Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience indigital marketing and content creation.
English proficiency: B2-C1(mandatory) – ability to create and manage content in English.
Proficiency in Canva and videoediting tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro).




Knowledge of Email Marketing andCopywriting in English to enhance brand communication.
Experience managing social mediaplatforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Understanding of paid ads (Meta Ads)and SEO strategies (preferred but not required).
Strong writing skills and theability to manage and engage with online communities.
Portfolio (optional) – Showcasingyour creativity and past marketing projects is a plus!
