What will you do?
Analyze and identify process enhancements and use his / her knowledge to determine and set optimal and well-reasoned recommendations under a pragmatic sense.
Apply comprehensive expertise and leverage his / her knowledge into a leadership role to reach desired future state.
Ensure strategic alignment by overseeing / defining a suite of key performance indicators, to have full visibility over collections processes.
Demonstrate ability to articulate statistical and financial models to enhance Operational models.
Participate in major business initiatives and proactively advise and assist the business on change initiatives.




Frequently be involved in matters that require complex judgments and solutions based on sophisticated analytical and financial thought.

What do you need?
Advanced English proficiency (B2 level).
5+ years of experience in Collections, including collections operations and credit risk management.
Proven experience leading and managing teams.
