We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to drive and secure our IT operations, including Infrastructure, Technical Support, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Services.
This leadership role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, managing IT vendors and budgets, and leading a high-performing IT team in an international environment.Key RequirementsFluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)5+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role or seniorStrong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, AWS, virtualization (Hyper‐V), SQL Server, networking, and enterprise backup solutionsExperience with cybersecurity, vulnerability management, patching, and incident responseKnowledge of Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto firewalls, and network infrastructureBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)PreferredCisco/Meraki certificationsPalo Alto administration experienceITIL or IT service management knowledgeWhy Join Us?
