We all know that teachers and families spend so much money each year buying school supplies and household items for students and their families.
In order to solve these problems Teaching21st.com created a Facebook Community called "Teacher and Family Deals" where we find affiliate product deals on and post them in our Teacher and Family Deals Facebook Community.
Our close to 80,000+ Facebook Community members are extremely passionate about getting our "Daily Deals Post" and we need your help to keep our community extremely satisfied and growing.
Specific Job Description
You will be responsible for going into the affiliate partner portals, finding teacher and family deals, copying the link and sharing those deals in the the Teacher and Family Deals Facebook Community.
You will be trained on how to do these activities, however, it would be optimal if you have some level of experience.
Go into the affiliate partner portals, find teacher and family deals, copy the link and share those deals in the Teacher and Family Deals Facebook Community.
Create the Daily Deals Facebook post and add the Amazon Affiliate Product Deals into the comments throughout the day.
See a Daily Deals Post every day Monday‐Sunday, e.g., "Monday Deals".
Will be trained on how to do these activities; however, it would be optimal if you have some level of experience.
High Level Job Description
Help build and maintain an established Facebook Community.
Maintain a high volume of activity in a social selling environment.




Assist in managing the day-to-day operations with a focus on performance against key affiliate conversion and growth metrics.
Be accountable for increasing affiliate sales at high rates of growth.
Research, identify and share affiliate products that will lead to high level sales in the Facebook Community.
Research Affiliate Partner Product Portal and Promotions.
Understand Affiliate Product Portal Partners and Promotions that should be posted in "Teacher and Family Deals" Facebook Community.
Create a Daily Deals Post using our established framework.
Add in Affiliate Promotions short link to the post in comments with some commentary.
Qualifications
You must speak in good enough English to communicate with a US person.
You must be able to speak, write and comprehend in English at high levels.
You must be a hard worker, organized, smart, motivated and passionate about what you do.
You must have a Facebook Account and be able to set up an Amazon Account.
Nice to have: experience includes being a teacher, former teacher or having some teaching experience.
This is a part‐time position to start (which may lead to full time).
You will be working in Eastern Time Zone, and working 4 hours a day, 6 days a week.
There will be some potential flexibility in the schedule, however, you must start in the morning.
Interview Process
Step 1 - Go to Teacher and Family Deals Facebook Community, Join the Community and review it.
Step 2 - Submit your ENGLISH resume, cover letter and that approve of all of the must have job qualifications.
Step 3 - Screening and interview by Teaching 21st Chief Recruiting Officer.
Step 4 - Interview by Teaching21st Founder-CEO.
Step 5 - Facebook Community Test.
Step 6 - Offer.
Compensation Overview
You will be compensated through WorldRemit or other payment portal directly to your bank account.
Compensation will be based on your experience and qualifications.
