depending on your ambition and company priorities.What you'll bringWe are hiring for a range of roles, with varying years of experience in the following:Structural Engineering Knowledge – Experience working with US engineering codes, standards, and design practices.
You know how engineers use software like Calcs.com in their workflow.Excel or Mathcad wizardry; Python/JS curiosity is a plus, but not required.Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail and clarity.Proactive, growth-oriented approach - you take ownership and love continuous learning.Leadership or project management experience is highly valued.COP $4,500,000–$6,300,000 gross monthly salary (based on experience) + team bonus (up to 5%) + COP $200,000 monthly connectivity allowance.Possible eventual access to equity in a fast-growing, profitable SaaS.Annual Professional & Development budget (for courses, books, certifications, or conferences), and a culture that ships.Full-time, based in Bogotá, Colombia.
Our office is a 15-minute walk from the Calle 127 Transmilenio station.We are very versátil for short-term arrangements if you need to be away from Bogotá.
