Job Purpose
The Warehouse Team Member II provides a well‐stocked and organized warehouse and assists Route Service Managers.
Must be able to deliver batteries on a regular basis.
Job Responsibilities
Load and unload batteries
Restock batteries
Charge, clean, date and rewrap rotations
Charge, test, clean, and date adjustment batteries
Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment
Accurately maintain warehouse reporting and claims
Operate a forklift and motor vehicle
Run the Hot Shots on a timely basis as needed
Fill in for NAC Delivery Specialist or RSM, as needed
Collect and handle payments on account (cash, checks, money orders)
Collect and return junk and/or used batteries to the warehouse
Follow/fulfill all driver program requirements as specified by the manager
Other duties as requested
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
Written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
Strong time‐management skills and ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of carrier operations, shipment routing, and distribution methods
Knowledge of state, federal, and interstate commerce regulations
Working knowledge of computers or ability to learn applicable systems required
Understanding of hazardous shipping laws and requirements
Ability to operate motor vehicles and/or forklift
Clean driver's record and meet driver qualification requirements
Scope of Work
Frequent independent judgment and decision making; backup driver; operate with integrity and demonstrate a positive attitude.
Work Environment
Requirements: regularly required to use hands to grasp or handle, talk and hear, stand and walk.




Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 50lbs, occasionally up to 75lbs.
Exposure to battery warehouse conditions, moving equipment, mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals.
Exposure to road hazards when operating or riding a vehicle.
Use of personal protective equipment required.
