About the Role
We are seeking a Construction Estimator & Submittal Coordinator to support pre-construction and project operations activities.
This role combines estimating responsibilities with submittal coordination and project documentation.
The idóneo candidate has experience reviewing construction plans, preparing quantity takeoffs, coordinating submittals, and supporting project teams throughout the pre-construction process.
Responsibilities
Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
Assist with bid preparation and proposal development.
Coordinate and manage submittal packages.
Track RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.




Maintain organized project records and documentation.
Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Support pre-construction and operations teams throughout project lifecycles.
Requirements
Experience in construction estimating, submittals, or project coordination.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Experience performing quantity takeoffs.
Proficiency with AutoCAD.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
English communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in roofing, waterproofing, or exterior envelope projects.
Experience using Bluebeam.
Experience working with U.S. construction companies.
Familiarity with construction management software.
