Job description

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of winning complex opportunities, designing tailored workforce solutions, managing RFPs/RFQs, and building strategic relationships with senior-level stakeholders in multinational environments. This person should be fluent in English, commercially minded, results-oriented, and capable of leading the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.

Your responsibilities
- Respond to local, regional, and global RFI/RFP/RFQ opportunities involving Colombia for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) attraction and selection services.
- Manage national, regional, and global client requirements under different pricing models (CPH, Hybrid, MMF, CPR) in partnership with the commercial team.
- Conduct in-depth technical requirements gathering through virtual or onsite meetings.




- Design RPO solutions based on client requirements, considering implementation timelines, operating models, resource allocation, KPIs/SLAs, and value-added technology.
- Perform financial analysis and pricing justification (Ampersand and Integral Pricing Sheet) based on proposed solutions.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals for global, regional, and local solutions in both English and Spanish.
- Present RPO solutions to clients, manage follow-up activities, and drive commercial closure.
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams during contract review processes.
- Partner with Implementation and Operations teams to ensure smooth handoff, program delivery, and project kick-off.
- Maintain regular communication with colleagues in other countries to prospect regional and global opportunities in Colombia.
