Technical Support Engineer
who is passionate about technology and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

What You'll Do

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be a key member of Netquori's general Customer Operations team. You will help enterprise customers troubleshoot technical issues,



ensure reliable connectivity and provide world-class support for our growing portfolio of solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing first and second-line technical support to enterprise customers and partners.
- Troubleshooting IoT, eSIM, SIM and mobile connectivity issues.
- Investigating network behaviour, device communication and service performance.
- Working closely with our engineering and product teams to resolve complex technical cases.
- Monitoring customer services and proactively identifying potential issues.
- Documenting incidents and maintaining accurate support records.
- Contributing to internal knowledge bases and technical documentation.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout every interaction.
