Build the Colombian operations of a leading U.S. medical marketing company.

NKP Medical Marketing is a U.S.-based patient acquisition company that has specialized in helping plastic surgeons and aesthetic medical practices grow for more than twenty years. We work with several hundred medical practices across the United States and are now investing heavily in AI-powered technology and expanding our execution capabilities.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to establish and build our Colombian operations.

This is not a traditional management position. We are looking for someone who enjoys building organizations from the ground up, recruiting exceptional people, creating scalable processes, and serving as the bridge between our U.S. leadership team and a growing Colombian operation.

What You'll Do

Initially, you will work directly with the owner of the company to identify, recruit, and manage a team capable of delivering world-class digital marketing services for U.S.-based medical practices.

Over time, your responsibilities will include:




- Recruiting and building a high-performing team in Colombia
- Establishing operating procedures and quality standards
- Managing day-to-day delivery for client projects
- Working closely with U.S. leadership to prioritize work and improve processes
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through AI and automation
- Developing relationships with freelancers, agencies, universities, and recruiting sources
- Building an organization that can scale significantly over time
