The Legal Counsel LATAM in Latin America is a key member of our integral legal team. This role leads commercial legal support across LATAM, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of contracts, advising internal teams on day-to-day legal matters,



and overseeing regional regulatory compliance across 12 territories. It also supports post-acquisition integration work, manages outside counsel, and helps build the LATAM legal function through scalable processes, templates, and governance frameworks.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As the Legal Counsel for Latin America, you will have following responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contracts. Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts with clients (agencies, brands, publishers), technology vendors, data providers and strategic partners across LATAM.
- Regional coverage. Provide legal support for operations in 12 territories across LATAM, with sound judgment on when to escalate.
- Internal advisory. Advise sales, operations and product teams on day-to-day legal matters: service agreements, SAASs, NDAs, data processing agreements.
