Communications Senior Country Lead PACA

Position Purpose
The Country Communications Lead PACA (localized in Bogota, Colombia) brings an enterprise mindset and demonstrates VACC leadership behaviours, serving as a trusted communications advisor, reputation steward, and strategic business partner across the Andean, Central America and Caribbean (PACA) cluster. Reporting directly to the North Latam & Conosur Communications Head, the incumbent drives communication outcomes across PACA, ensuring Communications contributes meaningfully to business priorities, stakeholder trust, organizational transformation, and long-term reputation building.
The position, is the most senior Coms role in the territory and represents the function in Paca region Acts as the strategic communications leader for the PACA organization, providing direction, alignment and guidance to the broader Communications team across the cluster. While direct reporting lines follow DSO model thus they all report to Cluster Head Role, the Country Lead drives cohesion, capability building,



performance standards and execution excellence through influence, stakeholder management and cross-country collaboration.
The holder works closely with Country Managing Directors, divisional leadership teams, Public Affairs and Sustainability colleagues, and regional stakeholders, providing senior counsel on communications, reputation management, executive positioning, stakeholder engagement, issues preparedness and business-critical opportunities.
The role leads the development and execution of integrated communications strategies that strengthen Bayer’s corporate reputation, increase leadership visibility, foster employee engagement, and generate measurable business outcomes across PACA.
