Transaction Manager

We're seeking an experienced
Transaction Manager
to support a fast-paced commercial real estate brokerage. This role is idóneo for someone who thrives on organization, keeps deals moving, and provides exceptional operational support from proposal through closing.

Commercial real estate experience and hands-on CoStar experience are required.

Responsibilities
- Manage transactions from proposal through closing
- Coordinate property searches, surveys, and tours
- Prepare and revise proposals, contracts, and redlines
- Track critical dates, deposits, commissions, and deal milestones
- Prepare financial comparisons and transaction summaries
- Update CRM and maintain accurate transaction records
- Coordinate representation agreements, invoices, and commission calculations
- Send follow-ups to keep transactions on schedule
- Manage calendars, meeting notes,



and internal reporting
- Support marketing initiatives, team communications, and brokerage operations
- Coordinate client gifts, referrals, Google reviews, and post-closing follow-up

Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial real estate experience
- Hands-on CoStar experience (required)
- Experience supporting commercial real estate transactions
- Strong understanding of contracts, due diligence, and transaction coordination
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple transactions independently
