We work with businesses across a wide range of industries to improve their visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms.

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused SEO Account Manager to manage client relationships and oversee SEO projects.

This is a full-time, remote contract position. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term engagement with opportunities to grow within the company. Candidates must be available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST and have excellent written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned SEO clients.
- Communicate campaign progress, results, deliverables, and next steps.
- Review SEO reports and translate key information into clear, client-friendly updates.
- Respond to client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.




- Coordinate with internal SEO teams to ensure projects and deliverables stay on schedule.
- Monitor project progress, deadlines, and outstanding tasks.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings.
- Maintain organized records of client communications and project statuses.
- Identify and escalate potential project delays or client concerns.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to long-term client retention.

Requirements
- Experience in account management, project management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Professional and confident when communicating with clients.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and following up on outstanding tasks.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
