We're looking for a
Product Engineer
— a developer with high agency, strong product sense, and the ability to take a large, loosely-specified problem and run with it. This isn't a role for someone who needs every ticket spelled out. You'll be handed whole features or problems, not tasks, and trusted to figure out the right approach, make the call, and ship — then tell us what you did and why.
Responsibilities:
- Take vague, high-level goals and turn them into shipped, working software with minimal hand-holding
- Own large scopes end-to-end: break down the problem, sequence the work, and drive it to done
- Make UX and scope judgment calls independently — know what's worth building and what to cut
- Work in tight iteration loops — ship something working fast, then refine based on real feedback
- Use agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, or similar) as a core part of your daily workflow — delegate grunt work to the tools and steer them to good output
- Surface blockers, tradeoffs, and decisions early and clearly, without needing to be managed
Requirements:
- 4-5+ years of professional software development experience — solid engineering fundamentals are the foundation agency and product sense sit on top of
- Proven high agency: a track record of taking ambiguous goals and shipping without needing detailed specs
- Fluent with modern AI-assisted/agentic development workflows (Claude Code, Codex, etc.)
- Full-stack range — comfortable across the stack, not siloed to one layer
- Strong product instincts — can reason about UX and priorities like a product owner, not just an engineer executing a spec
- Comfortable in ambiguous, early-stage, fast-moving environments
- Track record of shipping side projects, fast prototypes, or 0-to-1 work
- Clear, concise communicator — low-overhead updates, no need for constant check-ins
The secret ingredients that make us special:
- Your growth is our growth. We invest in your future with paid training and
