Bilingual Recruiter
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Bilingual Recruiter to join our team remotely. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles while effectively communicating with both clients and candidates in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job boards, Isolved applicants tracking, and other recruiting tools.
Conduct bilingual screening interviews and assessments.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Communicate job offers, feedback, and onboarding steps clearly.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
Support diversity hiring initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in psychology, administration or related.
Fluent in English and Spanish written and spoken.
Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR (1-3+ years preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable working independently and across time zones.
Familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
