We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Claims Specialist to manage the end-to-end claims process submitted by property managers. This role is responsible for reviewing, validating, approving, and denying claims with accuracy, fairness, and efficiency.
You’ll play a critical role in protecting company risk, ensuring policy compliance, and delivering a smooth, professional experience to our property partners. This position is adecuado for someone who thrives in structured processes, can make sound judgment calls, and enjoys improving systems.
Required: the interest and ability to help automate and modernize Cosign’s claims workflows alongside our AI and product teams.

⚙️ What You’ll Do
Claims Review & Processing
Review incoming claims submitted for completeness and accuracy




Analyze supporting documentation (ledgers, invoices, photos, lease agreements, etc.)
Evaluate claims against internal policies and coverage guidelines
Own approval decisions for claims based on established criteria and documentation
Prepare detailed claim summaries and decisioning documentation
Ensure timely processing in line with SLA targets

Communication & Resolution
Communicate clearly with property managers to request additional documentation or clarification
Explain claim decisioning professionally and confidently
Escalate complex or high-risk claims to senior team members when needed
Maintain organized claim files and audit-ready documentation

Process & Systems Improvement
Identify inconsistencies or documentation gaps to improve our training and ongoing customer education efforts
Suggest process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with AI and product teams to automate repetitive workf
