The Job:

As a Associate Finance Manager, you’ll be part of our team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
- Be the point of contact for Colombia leaders (General Manager, Commercial, Logistic, HR, RGM, Industry, etc.) and provide financial reporting and support around the Business Unit/Brands/Categories/Channel/ POS Performance, investments, costs, and ROI on promotional activities.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the business.




- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators: P&L;, Balance sheet and cash flow.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases, investments, and strategic projects.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with functions/business areas managers to understand drivers of performance and support decision-making to drive growth and improve profitability.
- Monitor on daily basis, the net sales (NSV) and gross margin, providing recommendations/corrective actions if any deviation to target is found, with a clear visibility on the drivers (Exchange rate, Volume, Mix, price, etc.)
