Role Description
The Payroll Processor & HR Specialist is a part-time, remote role based from Colombia with the growth opportunity to full-time contract. This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing,



including collecting and validating time and attendance data, calculating compensation, ensuring accurate payroll taxes, and coordinating payments in line with company policies and local regulations. The specialist will maintain payroll records, reconcile payroll-related accounts, and respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits. On the HR side, this role supports recruitment and onboarding, manages employee data and documentation, assists with benefits administration, and helps implement HR policies and procedures. The Payroll Processor & HR Specialist collaborates closely with finance, operations, and clinic leadership to ensure timely, compliant, and transparent payroll and HR processes that support a high-performance, wellness-focused culture.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Payroll Services and Payroll Administration with Gusto and soon to be Paylocity
