Role Overview The position is a key member of the accounting team and will report directly to the Tax Manager.
The Tax Accountant will have ambition, energy, and expertise to advise and assist in all tax-related items for the Company.
The position will collaborate with both third-party tax advisors and internal teams to ensure all tax compliance targets are met.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Tax Accountant who will assist in implementing tax procedures and calculating tax liabilities and accruals.
We are seeking a self-starter with good problem-solving skills to help us adapt in a continuously changing tax environment.
Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating compliance with international, national, and local tax regulations .
Support the preparation and administration of federal, state, and foreign tax returns .
Maintain communication with external tax advisors and accountants to ensure accurate tax provision and filings.
Respond to and support tax inquiries and audits , including federal, state, and international tax matters.
Calculate tax liability accruals during month-end close .
Monitor tax return and payment deadlines , ensuring all required documentation is submitted on time.
A Day in the Life On a typical day,



you will act as the main point of contact for external tax service providers , providing the necessary financial information for tax provisions and returns.
You will: Calculate monthly tax accruals Prepare sales and use tax returns through Avalara Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of tax-related GL accounts Work closely with accounting, legal, and other internal teams to gain a deep understanding of the business and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
