They are currently looking to bring on a dedicated remote professional to streamline their real estate transactions and support their growing practice.
About the role: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and fully Bilingual (English understanding of US estate transactions is preferred.
Experience working within a US law firm is preferred.
Fully bilingual with professional-level verbal and written fluency in both English and Spanish.
Proficiency with foundational administrative tools including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Microsoft Excel, and Zoom.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with close attention to mathematical and date-based detail.
